World Environment Day is observed on 5th June every year around the world. This World Environment Day is celebrated across the world to aware people about how important our global environment and everyone should protect it. There has been many environmental issues going on throughout the years including marine pollution, human overpopulation, global warming and many more. World Environment Day was first held in 1974 by United Nations and people participate in this festival with all heart in each and every country.

Each year World Environment Day has it’s own theme and people celebrates the festival with different ideas following that theme. Each year United Nations choose one city where this day can be celebrated officially. World Environment Day 2018 theme was “Beat Plastic Pollution” and was celebrated in New Delhi, India. This year World Environment Day 2019 theme is Air Pollution.

Each year people love to celebrate World Environment Day in their home, office, school, college, hospital and in any other workplace by drawing wonderful environment day awareness theme, by creating posters and even rangoli is also popular amongst them.
